We provide both ready-to-wear and custom-stitched garments tailored to individual preferences. Our target markets include the USA, Europe, Africa, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and other global regions.

2. Eligibility to Use

To shop on Tritiyaa.in, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have legal parental or guardian consent.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete personal and payment information.
  • Be legally able to enter into a binding contract.

If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  • Custom-stitched items will follow the measurements and design instructions provided by you.

4. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are made-to-measure and tailored specifically for you.
  • Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded, except in cases where we make an error (e.g., wrong size, defective item).
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your measurements and instructions.
  • We may reach out to confirm or clarify customizations to ensure best results.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in USD($) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
    • Net Banking
    • UPI
    • Wallets
    • PayPal (if applicable)
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) in select locations

For COD orders, any eligible refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship internationally with reliable courier services.
  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic restrictions).

7. Returns and Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The order is canceled within the allowed time frame (before dispatch).
  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.

Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of details.
  • Alternatively, you can opt for a coupon code of the same value, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was from our end.

8. Exchange Policy

  • We offer easy exchanges for size or fitting issues within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Custom-stitched garments are not eligible for exchange, unless faulty.
  • Shipping for exchange requests may be borne by the customer unless the issue was caused by Tritiyaa.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Tritiyaa.in, including but not limited to:

  • Text, images, graphics, logos
  • Product designs and collections
  • Layout and software

…are the exclusive intellectual property of Tritiyaa and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from this site without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tritiyaa shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses due to incorrect user data (e.g., wrong size, delivery address)
  • Delays or failures caused by external circumstances

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
